What is a Heavy-Duty Spherical Valve?
The Roto heavy-duty spherical valve is made from various metal styles, including stainless steel, carbon steel, thin-dense chrome, tungsten carbide, and more. It is also made from a few nonmetals, such as reinforced PTFE.
This unique combination of materials allows the valve to function optimally with little risk of interference in function from the product.
How Does It Work?
The heavy-duty spherical valve is designed to withstand a temperature range of 40 degrees Fahrenheit to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Our product is highly adaptable to all textures of processed goods and also can withstand long-term manufacturing processes. What helps a lot with this is the design of the heavy-duty spherical valve.
The design consists of a rounded seat that interacts with the product moving through the valve’s inlet in a circular motion to assist with cutting and moving it along. The efficient design prevents snagging, tearing, clogging, and other intrusions while the process line moves the product.
